DESCRIPTION:This Dance Ceremony is being co-facilitated by Erika Merz a spiritual empowerment guide and energy dancer (RiseUpWithHart) in partnership with Peter Lucas of Full Spectrum Performance and Group Meditation Event\, we bring you Activate Your Divine Power an Ecstatic Dance Ceremony and Experience. \nDoors Open: 6:30pm  \nWe encourage everyone aim to arrive at 6:30 (doors) open to stretch and connect with the community. Our workshop and flow begins promptly at 7:00pm. \nCeremony Duration: 7:00-10:00pm \nWe will be welcoming the group and starting opening circle promptly at 7pm. From here\, we’ll enjoy a cacao service and ceremony in addition to facilitated energy work and guided energy dance instruction. From here we dive into an ecstatic dance to embody the practices and tools learned.  \nThroughout this offering we’ll have outlets for creative expression and encourage you to bring your own (drawing\, painting\, journals for writing\, etc.) to further the embodiment and to express the energy experienced.
