DESCRIPTION:This Dance Ceremony is being co-facilitated by Erika Merz a spiritual empowerment guide and energy dancer (RiseUpWithHart) in partnership with Peter Lucas of Full Spectrum Performance and Group Meditation Event\, we bring you Activate Your Divine Power an Ecstatic Dance Ceremony and Experience. \nDoors Open: 6:30pm  \nWe encourage everyone aim to arrive at 6:30 (doors) open to stretch and connect with the community. Our workshop and flow begins promptly at 7:00pm. \nCeremony Duration: 7:00-10:00pm \nWe will be welcoming the group and starting opening circle promptly at 7pm. From here\, we’ll enjoy a cacao service and ceremony in addition to facilitated energy work and guided energy dance instruction. From here we dive into an ecstatic dance to embody the practices and tools learned.  \nThroughout this offering we’ll have outlets for creative expression and encourage you to bring your own (drawing\, painting\, journals for writing\, etc.) to further the embodiment and to express the energy experienced. After closing circle we’ll enjoy snacks\, connection\, and community. \nPayment: Cash or Venmo at $33-88+ Sliding Scale \nFor payment\, donations are currently being accepted via Venmo @FSP206 [ #2273 if applicable] anytime now leading up to the event\, QR code available at the door. \nIf paying in cash\, please bring exact change for your donation. \nSliding Scale Donation of $33 – $88\, if you feel the offering is worth more than the listed donation\, please don’t hesitate to show your support for the work and community. \n$22 for financial hardship only please. SUMMARY:Breath Awakening
DESCRIPTION:This offering is guided by One Heart Temple founded by Suntaya & Elohim (jerredandnatalie.com & IG)\, two powerful healers and practitioners with more than 7 years of experience guiding large groups.  In partnership with Peter Lucas of Full Spectrum Performance and Group Meditation Event\, we bring you Breath Awakening\, a cacao and breathwork ceremony. This is intended for all levels of practitioners that seek to open up their hearts with cacao and dive deep into their healing through this practice of breath. \nDoors Open: 1:30pm  \nWe encourage everyone aim to arrive at 1:30 (doors) open to reserve space and connect with the community. Ceremony begins promptly at 2:00pm. \nCeremony Duration: 2:00-5:00pm \nAfter time for integration\, snacks will be provided for further integration\, connection\, and community building. If able\, please bring a mug for cacao. Compostable cups will be available but let’s help reduce waste.
