This event will feature a powerful sound bath led by Opal\, of The Sacred Empress\, along with a guided meditation\, calming breathwork\, and a drum journey facilitated by Peter. These practices are curated to help us reconnect with our ancestors and the lineality of all things.\nAfter the sound bath\, we invite you to stay for a potluck and snack hang with an optional swim in the serene waters of Lake Washington. Feel free to bring a snack to share and your willingness to connect during this downtime to integrate our journey.\nLet’s come together to honor our ancestors\, deepen our connections\, and celebrate the lineage that binds us all.
