Echoes of Lineage: Harnessing the Waves of Connection

Join us on Saturday, July 20th, at Magnuson Park Beach for an empowering and transformative sound bath and healing experience. We will gather at 10:30 am, with our opening circle beginning at 11:11 am.

Before we immerse ourselves in the sound bath, we’ll indulge in a grounding cacao ceremony to gather our intentions. This event will feature a powerful sound bath led by Opal, of The Sacred Empress, along with a guided meditation, calming breathwork, and a drum journey facilitated by Peter. These practices are curated to help us reconnect with our ancestors and the lineality of all things.

After the sound bath, we invite you to stay for a potluck and snack hang with an optional swim in the serene waters of Lake Washington. Feel free to bring a snack to share and your willingness to connect during this downtime to integrate our journey.

Let’s come together to honor our ancestors, deepen our connections, and celebrate the lineage that binds us all. This is a sacred opportunity to build relationships with our ancestors and to embrace the interconnectedness of all beings.
