In a harmonious collaboration between Flowstate Foundation, Yerbana, and GME, we invite you to a unique celebration designed to nurture both your body and soul.
Elevate your spirit with a transcendent set by DJ Stōik, setting the stage for an enchanting experience.
As the set concludes, we’ll be having the soothing waves of a sound bath by Caleb Knox.
Indulge in a delightful spread, including gluten-free options, as we come together to break bread, snack, and foster connections within our community.

We are accepting contributions of clothes (adult and youth), backpacks, toiletries, old school supplies, and more to support those in need.
Your generous donations will make a meaningful impact on individuals who could use a helping hand during the festive season.
We’ll be gathering goods for P’s Community Closet and Creatives Justice NW. .
Let’s come together and make a difference in our community. Your kindness can bring comfort and joy to those who need it the most.

Doors Open: 7:30pm
We encourage everyone aim to arrive at 7:30 (doors) open to stretch and connect with the community. Our workshop and flow begins promptly at 8:00pm.
Ceremony Duration: 8:00-11:00pm
We will be welcoming the group and starting opening circle promptly at 8:00pm with a Cacao Ceremony.
From there we’ll embark on a journey into the body by playing some movement games before launching into an epic ecstatic dance!
We’ll end the night with a sound bath and integration circle. After closing circle we’ll enjoy snacks, connection, and community.
Payment: Cash or Venmo at $22-77+ Sliding Scale
For payment, donations are currently being accepted via Venmo @FSP206 [ #2273 if applicable] anytime now leading up to the event, QR code available at the door.
If paying in cash, please bring exact change for your donation.
Sliding Scale Donation of $22 – $77, if you feel the offering is worth more than the listed donation, please don’t hesitate to show your support for the work and community.
$22 for financial hardship only please. If you are unable to pay but would still like to attend, please contact us.

We’ll have various vendors offering their services in addition to providing products for purchase.
Registration:
If registering for more than you, please indicate the additional guest in either your First or Last Name (Example John Doe +2), however we recommend each person register individually, if able, so we can get to know the community.
**WE WILL NEED TO HAVE A CACAO HEADCOUNT 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
